Denise E. Welker - CEO/President
Mrs. Welker has been active in Welker company operations for several decades with growing emphasis on financial matters. She has been responsible for payroll control, contract overviews, company strategic planning and implementation, and other facets of management. Daniel J. Rudroff - Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Rudroff has over 25 years domestic and international experience in the oil and gas industry. He has worked as Service Manager, Project Engineer, Project Manager and Sales and Marketing Manager for large oilfield measurement focused companies. Mr. Rudroff has given classes on measurement of oil and gas at almost all of the industry schools. He has written several articles on oil, gas and multiphase measurement that were published in major trade magazines.

C. Ellis Welker - Manager of Projects
Mr. Welker graduated from the University of Maryland where he received his degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Welker graduated in three and one half years while being a collegiate athlete. While at Welker Flow Measurement Systems®, he has worked on and projected measurement equipment sent all over the world. While working full time Mr. Welker is continuing his education toward a Masters Degree.

Robert W. McPike - Project Manager
Mr. McPike has over forty years in oilfield fabrication and over twenty years in the oil and gas measurement industry as project manager, estimator, drafting, and as fabrication foreman. Mr. McPike has worked in both the domestic and international markets and has spent time living abroad promoting oil and gas measurement.

Bob Wagenfuehr - Project Manager
Mr. Wagenfuehr has over 32 years in the skid building business for flow measurement. Mr. Wagenfuehr has experience with both domestic and international skids for flow measurement of both gas and oil. Mr. Wagenfuehr’s many years as a Service Manager gives him the experience required to understand the requirements of project management.

Carlos Velasquez - Project Estimator
Mr. Velasquez has over twenty years of experience estimating valves, instrumentation and control equipment. He has been an estimator for projects with oilfield engineering companies and major gas companies. Mr. Velasquez knowledge of mechanical and instrumentation, and his management experience along with twenty years in export and trading gives him the experience necessary to understand the requirement of project estimating. Mr. Harshman has over 37 years in flow measurement and has acquired several patents. He is a member of API, ISA, and Weights and Measures Conference. Amy Duran - Project Assistant
Mrs. Duran's duties include putting together project manuals, billing collections and assisting Project Managers with their projects. Mrs. Duran's outgoing personality makes her well suited for interfacing with WFMS customers.

Felipe Garza - Shop Foreman
Mr. Garza has over 8 years shop experience as fitter, welder, and Shop Foreman. He has experience with both domestic and international skids for flow measurement of both gas and oil. Mr. Garza’a many years in the shop gives him the experience and knowledge required to understand the requirements of building equipment for oil and gas projects.
