We are in need of a self-motivated Service Technician with a strong desire to learn about our products, solutions and services. Applicants must display a professional and positive attitude and be willing to work in an oil & gas industry environment (minimal facial hair for breathing equipment, regular drug testing and physicals). Experience is preferred but not required. Applicants should possess good interpersonal relationship skills, which will be called upon frequently when dealing with customers in a service environment.
One of our key goals is to grow our service business. The successful candidate will contribute to pursing additional revenue opportunities in the service area, while maintaining the business we have.

| Responsibilities: |
- Learn and understand technical specifications and drawings
- The Service Technician shall respond to and handle all service-related inquires. This includes determining the activity required to resolve the problem and filling out all paperwork related to the work performed. Tasks also include incoming Material Return Authorizations (MRA), service tickets, inventory requests, R & D requests, orders and any other paperwork required to perform the job and to comply with ISO-9001 procedures.
- Be able to work on and understand mechanics of all products
- Be able to troubleshoot problems with the equipment and make repairs in a timely manner
- Must learn and acquire the skills necessary to master this trade
- Must empathize with customers' needs and treat them with respect
- While this description endeavors to cover the major and fundamental aspects of responsibilities for this position, it will be understood that at a given time, this position can be called upon to work in any capacity and any area of the company that management feels this person is capable handling due to need or emergency.

Qualifications: |
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and be able to quickly adapt to new software programs, including the Welker ERP system
- High school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by hands-on or vocational school training
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills with a highly developed sense of urgency and prioritization ability
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks within deadline parameters
- Must be motivated, dependable and able to do projects with minimal supervision
- Possess a professional work attitude and good interpersonal and communication skills
- Have a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. unassisted
- Must have strong technical aptitude
- Must have good problem-solving abilities
- Candidates should know or be able to learn how to read and understand assembly drawings, and follow work instructions
- Must have some knowledge or be able to learn about electrical wiring and circuits
- The desire to establish a career in the oil and gas industry

- Overtime may be required
- 10%-50% travel will be required
- 24/7 availability on a rotation system

- Starting hourly wages range from $12-$18
