Responsibilities:
  • Create, design and manage new company website and social media
  • Revamp company website with new web design and strategy using Adobe Dreamweaver
  • Incorporate online store into company website
  • Create company Facebook, Twitter and other key social media accounts
  • Optimize social media and website presence with updates, meta tags, keywords and other strategies
  • Collaborate with team to conceptualize ad designs
  • Coordinate with Graphic Designer to help design ads, literature sheets, etc.
  • Optimize search engine results

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Web Development or related field; or equivalent of four (4) years web development/social media experience
  • Proficient with Adobe Dreamweaver, After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of social media design and optimization a plus
  • A portfolio of your previous and current media projects a plus
  • Must possess excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to learn to write copy for future ads, literature sheets, etc.
  • Ability to analyze website/social media effectiveness a plus
  • Possess a professional work attitude
  • Must be motivated, dependable and able to do projects with minimal supervision
  • Well-versed with implementing visual design, customer factors, usability and standards to ensure an effective, engaging and consistent user experience
   
Salary:
  • Starting salaries range from $30,000 to $50,000
  • Determined by potential, experience and education
